These fishes are available in pink color with a combination of orangish shades. They have bold stripes on their body. They also have black color spots on their body. These emerald dwarf rasbora fishes are small in size. Their size may vary from 1 inch to 1.5 inches. Sometimes, these fishes may grow up to 1.5 inches and more. 

Emerald Dwarf Rasbora Care

The care of these fishes is very important. If you do not know about the care of these fishes, hire a man who knows everything about the care of these fishes. If they live in freshwater for a long time, they remain happy and fit, and also they live a longer lifespan in the freshwater. You should check their tank water daily because when they live for a long time in dirty water, they will die soon. Dirty water is not good for their health. The breeding of these fishes is not difficult. If you want to succeed in the breeding of these fishes. You should take a pair of males and a group of females and put all of them in the large tank. When you see a female and their shape is round, it is the time leaving them alone. When the female lays eggs, then you should separate the parent fishes in the other large tank. Though, they do not eat their eggs, but a risk should not be taken. Sometimes the male fishes protect all the eggs. The female fish lays about 30 eggs at a time in a day.

These Emerald Dwarf Rasbora fishes are very small in size, but they want to live in a large tank. They require a lot of water to live a longer lifespan. They become happy and fit in the large size tank and aquarium. Their water measurements may vary from 10 gallons to 20 gallons. For a couple of these emerald dwarf rasbora fishes, 5 gallons of water is enough. A group of these fishes requires a lot of water, and their measurements are about 20 gallons. If you do not provide them with a large tank, they do not feel comfortable.

These Emerald Dwarf Rasbora fishes are very small in size. They like to play with the small fishes who look like them. They do not like large fishes because large fishes are not compatible with them. These fishes stay happy with the small fishes. Sometimes the largest fishes eat their eggs instead of food. That is why they should not be kept with them. If you put all of them in a large tank with large fish, they do not feel comfortable and cannot swim easily with them. They became sad and bored with large fishes.
